Our goal at SCE is to provide a complete and accurate evaluation from your perspective.  We recognize the importance of choosing the best solution to an engineering challenge.  All of our evaluations carry with it our concern for human life and the environment, life expectancy of the facilities, and development of an operation and maintenance plan for future efficient operation of the complete system.  SCE recommends appropriate technology that matches the needs and capabilities of the client.  Quality water and wastewater facilities will be in service for 30 to 50 years, making the choice of systems critical.
