Infrastructure Grants

Scott Consulting Engineers, P.C., has provided engineering services on numerous projects partially financed by Missouri Department of Natural Resources State Revolving Fund Loans (MDNR-SRF), Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), as well as United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development Loans and Grants (USDA-RD).  Following the award of a grant or a low interest loan, we assist the recipient with the administration of the project finances, including the processing of periodic construction pay requests and completion of the documents required for grant or loan administration.

Our project financing assistance experience includes:

• coordination with federal and state agency staff
• preparation of all aplication forms and supporting engineering reports
• drawings and specifications if applicable
• presentation of the application package to the applicant's Authorized Representative(s) for approval and signature
• submittal of the application package to the appropriate agency
