Scott Consulting Engineers, P.C., offers a wide range of site development and planning services for a variety of facilities.  Our experience includes governmental, commercial, institutional, industrial, educational and residential site planning and design.  Several developments are enhanced by recreational facilities including golf courses, and include mixed uses such as individual parcels for commercial and multi-family use integrated with single-family residences.  We have performed civil engineering design on many governmental projects including urban parks, an exposition center, police/fire facilities, an ice rink, aquatic center and a national cemetery.  We use innovative techniques for master planning during design with emphasis on controlling construction costs and minimizing the impact to the environment.  Within residential developments we strive to provide a community with pleasant, yet affordable surroundings.  Our commercial developments incorporate existing site features to enhance visual impact and invite patronage.
