Plan Review Process

Scott Consulting Engineers, P.C., has assisted various municipalities throughout southwest Missouri with plan reviews.  SCE has the experience that can help you through the plan review process with the professional support you need. 

Our experience includes providing reviews of:

• the sketch plan for the pre-application conference;
• the preliminary plat showing locations and widths of roads, dimensions of the lots, plans for utilities and all other issues regarding physical design;
• construction drawings, and
• the final plat.

SCE offers all services required providing complete, accurate, and timely subdivision and commercial plan reviews.  We will return a review comment letter to the City within 10 days of notification.
