Richard G. Scott, P.E.

President

Dick ScottMr. Scott has more than 41 years of experience as a consulting civil engineer.  He has been responsible for design and preparation of specifications for sewage collection and treatment facilities, water treatment facilities, street improvements, bridges and stormwater management projects.  As former director of Public Works in Olathe, Kansas, Mr. Scott gained a great deal of insight into the responsibilities and means for providing infrastructure improvements to a community.  This experience, combined with his past professional history, has provided Mr. Scott with a sound background of engineering knowledge.

As managing principal and owner of the firm, Mr. Scott maintains a philosophy of active involvement.  His role adds an atmosphere of continuity between clients, contractors and government officials to best serve and accomplish their engineering needs.

Neil D. Fossnight, P.E.

Neil FossnightMr. Fossnight has more than 40 years of experience on a variety of complex engineering projects.  He has participated in projects through all stages from initial study and planning through design and construction coordination.  Mr. Fossnight has specialized throughout his career in consulting civil and structural engineering services for governmental agencies and private clients.  He has managed and designed significant projects in the area of civil and structural engineering for educational, governmental, institutional, religious, commercial and residential buildings; underground structures; highway, rail and light rail bridges; streets and highways; wastewater collection and treatment; water supply, storage and distribution; drainage; site planning and development; airports; noise abatement; and construction administration.

John K. Forrester, P.E.

Vice-President

John ForresterMr. Forrester has more than 29 years experience on a variety of complex projects for both municipal and industrial clients dealing with environmental issues.  His experience includes all aspects of projects from initial study and planning through design and construction coordination. 

Mr. Forrester has specialized throughout his career in consulting services for municipal and industrial clients.  He has designed and managed significant projects in the area of water supply, storage and distribution; wastewater collection and treatment including pumping stations and force mains; storm water collection systems and construction administration. 

Mr. Forrester has completed a Hazardous Waste Operating Training Program (EPA Executive Order 1440.2) and currently serves as City Engineer to eight local municipalities.
