DNR WASTEWATER PERMITS:

STATE OF MISSOURI E-VERIFY PROGRAM:

Effective January 1, 2009, the State of Missouri requires all public employers to enroll and participate in E-Verify or other federal work authorization program. It also requires any business with a state contract or grant in excess of $5,000 or any business receiving state-administered or subsidized tax credit, tax abatement or loan from the state to participate in E-Verify or other federal work authorization program.  SCE is participating within the E-Verify program and will supply the required paperwork for state and federal funded projects.  For additional information, click here.

MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY JQH ARENA:

SCE provided all site and off-site civil engineering as part of a team headed by Ellerbe Becket, Architects, for this 11,000 seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of MSU.  Engineers Neil Fossnight, P.E. and Milton Dickensheet, P.E. with SCE were responsible for site layout, demolition, mass excavation, paving, grading, drainage, and utility layout on-site plus off-site design including 3000 feet of new 10”, 12” and 15” sanitary sewer, stormwater piping, stormwater detention and street improvements.  Jane Earnhart, RLA, provided landscape architecture design.   For additional project information, click here.

OZARK CHAPTER MSPS EXCELLENCE IN SURVEYING AWARD:

Jerry L. Day, PLS, Manager of the Surveying Department of Scott Consulting Engineers, P.C. (SCE), received the “Ozark Chapter MSPS Excellence in Surveying” award and was also given the distinction of having that award named after him.  All future award recipients will be presented the “Ozark Chapter MSPS Jerry Day Excellence in Surveying” award.  To view the complete article, click here.
